This was our second time working with Naomi, and once again she did not disappoint. She has an incredible work ethic; she stayed on top of everything throughout the process. She knows the business inside and out, and was able to keep the entire process "on the rails". We looked at a number of properties, all of which were exactly what we were looking for - and some that we hadn't even thought of but were wonderful ideas. She was able to get us into properties that we were interested in on a moments notice. She was in constant communication with us, and it seemed there was never a time that she wasn't able to take our calls. Her knowledge was quite impressive: she would bring up county records and data needed to help better understand the nuances of a particular property which helped immensely in the decision-making process. We loved working with her, and would not hesitate for a moment to work with her again or to recommend her.

Not knowing anyone in Florida, I was nervous about this whole process. But Naomi was a real pro! She asked all the right questions and got to know us very well before we flew out from Ohio for a whirlwind weekend of viewing 15 luxury properties. It was exhausting but she made us feel there was nothing she would rather be doing than hanging out and looking at million-dollar homes with us. Every one of those 15 properties were perfectly suited to our unique extended family needs because Naomi did her homework. Knowing we were only available for one weekend, she did not waste a minute of our time. We settled on an amazing deal of the just-right beach front home and Naomi took over from there, handling every major and minor detail without involving us on things that weren’t absolutely necessary. A purchase this big could have been a nightmare, but it was completely stress-free and a joy because of her!!

You can count on Noami to look out for your interests. She is very conscientious, dependable and a knowledgeable Realtor. Her common sense is also a quality that is very important in a transaction as well as her patience and determination which is sometimes is what is needed in a transaction between seller and buyer.
